All photographs available in the shop are printed on demand by our partner lab, The Creativehub, with production and fulfillment handled directly from Europe or the United States, depending on the delivery location.
Production & Delivery Times

Prints are typically produced and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the order is confirmed.

Framed prints (when available) may take up to 10 business days to ship.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

UK and European Union: standard mail or express courier (DHL Express).

USA, Canada, Australia, and other countries: shipped via express courier.

Packaging
All prints are carefully packaged using recyclable or biodegradable materials. Depending on the size and format, they are shipped in durable tubes or reinforced envelopes to ensure safe delivery.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging. Email apugomes@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the damaged packaging and item. We will coordinate with Creativehub to arrange a replacement or refund.
