Are the photographs framed?
No. All photographs are sold unframed and printed on demand by The Creative Hub, using museum-quality matte paper (230gsm) with a 1.5-inch (3.8 cm) white border. Each print is digitally signed by the photographer and shipped in a sturdy tube directly from the partner lab.
What does “museum-quality” mean?
It means the prints are made with archival-grade paper and inks, ensuring long-lasting durability, color accuracy, and resistance to fading over time. The partner lab follows the highest technical standards and works in close collaboration with the photographer to ensure each print reflects his artistic intent. We recommend avoiding direct and continuous exposure to sunlight to preserve the depth and contrast of the image.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the original packaging. Email apugomes@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the damage. We will then contact Creative Hub support to arrange a replacement or refund.
When will my order ship?
Prints are produced and shipped on demand by The Creative Hub. Average production time is 3 to 5 business days, and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Do I own the rights to the photograph I purchase?
No. Purchasing a photograph grants you the right to personal and decorative use only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the photographer. Any commercial, editorial, or digital use requires prior written authorization.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment options available at checkout.
Would you like to get your print signed by Apu?
Follow the steps below because we do not print in-house. We print through creativehub.
1. When placing a print order through our website, you will need to ship the print to my studio address below:

2. ***DISCLAIMER*** Shipping out your prints internationally from my studio will cost a lot more because we need to insure the package.
3. It is very important to put YOUR NAME when shipping the print to our studio address to be signed.
4. ***IMPORTANT*** Once you follow these steps and place the print order through my site, send us an email at apugomes@gmail.com with the following details:
-Name
-What address you want it shipped back to
-Signed or personalized
Once we receive your email, we will send out an invoice for the shipping cost for you to pay before we ship out.
